Home    Covid-19 Update

At GSL Lettings we wanted to let you know how we are responding to the current outbreak of  COVID-19 and how we are taking the protection of our employees, clients and partners very seriously.

We want to take this opportunity to assure you that we have strong processes in place to ensure that we maintain the quality of our work and continue to provide our landlords and tenants with uninterrupted service.

GSL Lettings business continuity plan is now in place and after nearly 2 weeks in operation I am pleased to say our process are standing up to the challenges we are now facing during this public health crisis.

In line with government advice and The Scottish Association of Landlords we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and adapting our working methods in line with advice given.

Our team members are currently working securely and remotely from home and have full  internet connectivity and telecoms.   This means that you can still contact your property manager by email as you currently do.   Should you need to speak to your property manager our main office line is diverted to a dedicated mobile number so you can still contact us during office hours on the main number but also your property managers are also available on their direct dial numbers.  The main office number is 0141 465 6600.

For great reassurance and very importantly our tenants still have the out of hours service on the same number they currently use.

At this time also, the advice from SAL is that no property visits or inspections should be carried out.   Any changes to this advice will come from government guidance at the time and we will advise you of any changes to this.

We are confident that our team, processes and technology are resilient enough to continue to support all our landlords and tenants while we also prioritise protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees.

We are of course available to liaise with you by phone or email so that we can maintain the level of service you have come to expect from us.

We thank you for your continued support and understanding during these unprecedented times.

Please stay safe.
